State had 5,000 people at its spring game in 2008. Even your own fans knew that you were gonna suck.

If Ole Miss' Spring game ends in a 0-0 tie, then you can call for a sheep sheering.

And we would have likely met our expectations had we not had a knucklehead incident and injuries. I seem to remember UM having pretty good luck with injuries this year. And in the beginning of the season when you did have some bad luck, well, we see how that turned out.

Either way, it is what it is.

we made those plays, while State was handed wrapped presents.

we got better every game and State played teams that got worse...while chugging along at about the same level. I have nothing else to say about it except this We all laughed at State Fans lofty goals this year...let's see how our expectations turn out.

1 game may have been the difference in the win column but the game would not have been close. The game this year was 45-0 and State had 36 TOTAL yards. That's the exact same offense you had in 07. Same QB's, RB's, WR's, same miserable result.

Losing all our players to gunwielding was. That's reality, and it was too much for a coach of Croom's caliber to overcome.

Could be a good or bad thing. Our season would have been better, but we would still have Croom. Who knows.

you don't see the difference? The difference is we're being talked about as a top 10-12 team next year while everyone who wasn't up Croom's ass was laughing at your MSU fan's enthusiasm after last year.

We may not do shit next year...but we will have to play worse. MSU matched and even exceeded last years play in a game or two this year...but chance wasn't the dominant factor in 4 of your games this time.
