The show seems to really be explaining a lot of things now, and answering a lot of questions. I'm curious to see if Ben is a different person now.

When Alex was fucking up ben, did she say "don't kill john locke?" It sure didn't sound like his name (i even rewound and couldn't hear)
but that's the only name that made sense.

I think so... | #1 | ||

Of course, I can't ever say anything definitively about this show. But I'm pretty sure she said Locke. Didn't she even say it a couple of
times?
I liked the previews for next week too. Myles is a cool character, I'm glad to see they are explaining his role. |

killer episode | #2 | ||
|
She said something along the lines of "I know you're already planning to kill Locke again" then told him in no uncertain terms not to.
Ben-centric episodes are always badass, and explain more than any others. And now we know why Ben was all beat up on the plane: the wrath of Desmond was something to behold. edited to add: and Widmore with hair was just weird. |

I think it's funny that Widmore got bannished for having an off-island booty call. Apparently the locals weren't doing it for him.
So was he leaving? Was he taking the sub or turning the wheel to leave? I think it was the wheel, because the others didn't get the sub until after the purge. And that supposedly happened in the early 90's, right? And admit it, you laughed when Ben shot Ceasar. Did not see that one coming. Blew me away.
Arkansas,
Thanks for the coach, bitches!

This is a great site for all things Lost. It may have already been posted on here but I don't give a shit.

Ben will never change | #5
|
He obviously cared enough about his own daughter, who is not actually his daughter, to attempt to kill Widmore's daughter in revenge, until Crazy Eyes took
him to the corner of Beatdown Dr. and Know Your Role Blvd.. So maybe he does have a heart and change, but I can't help but think Ben has bigger plans.
He's hiding a big time secret. Otherwise, why would he care so much about the island?
And yes, Alex "Sexy Mouth" Rousseau wants to protect Locke now. He's taking over as the leader, as Ben has either always feared or known (from time travel?). Ben: Was there something that you needed John? Locke: Well Ben, I was hoping we could talk about the elephant in the room. Ceasar didn't last long. What lies in the shadow of the statute? That question is code talk. She (Alaina? Illiana? can't remember her name) also has a connection to the island via Widmore. Remember she was the bounty hunter that caught Sayid because he was killing all those people associated with Widmore. At least things are moving along at a nice clip now. Answers are coming more frequently. I like answers. |

Richard Alpert never ages or changes appearance in anyway.

But he knows now that the island wants Locke in charge | #7

the look in his eyes at the end showed he may listen to him. Not positive, but he may. He knows he'll die if he doesn't.

My Theory... | #8 | ||

1970's escapee Sayid who now "Knows his purpose" (I don't think it was just trying to kill ben) is running it all present day. As was said on
Lostpedia, he's the only character everyone trusts implicitly, but he can be a bad dude.

Seeing Ben Linus get the ever-living hell beat out of him was awesome. | #9
|
Glad he finally sees that this is Locke's world not his... The island telling him that solidified it for me.
I have honest to God aroused feelings when I think about how bad we beat them, and I have no hang ups about that. The Egg Bowl was merely
a long cigarette following a proper fucking.

I just hope they don't go with the whole "Alpert's an alien" angle. I was having bad Stargate flashbacks when Ben fell through the hole in
the ruins and saw all of those hyrogliphics on the walls.

I am afraid we will eventually run into the "alien" factor | #11
|
At this point it's unavoidable. If not alien, then it will be biblically supernatural. We'll find out that Alpert is a 900 year old Methuselah or Yoda
that can travel forward and backward from the 900 years he has already lived. Mindfuck.

Is anybody else extremely pumped that there is finally going to be a Richard-centric episode hopefully explaining what he is? I saw somewhere that it's
going to air after the Daniel-centric episode(which is after this upcoming episode). Both of those should explain a good deal.

how many are left this season? | #13

and next season is the last, right?

There have been 13 this year already | #14
|
and usually a season has around 20-24. LOST also has 2/3 hour season endings which count as 2/3 episodes. So safe guess would be at the most 10, probably
around 7 or 8.
Next season is the last season, or so they have said. |

per Wiki there are 17 episodes this season and next, so four left this season** | #15
