See the difference between this and my tirade was that mine was in response to a user's 1st post. I thought that was license to act like an ass.

Generally.. | #23 | ||

The people who wear them follow MMA, but would never participate in the event. I guess they think wearing the shirt a size too small and attempting to show their "guns" makes them look cool and intimidates people. Most were probably picked on in school or just find the need to overcompensate for other shortcomings. |

I had to google it | #24 | ||

Is this the shirts the guys that watch a MMA fight and then talk about what they would have done different to win are wearing?

I'm not buying the MMA connection. Tons of people wear them here | #25

and none of those people seem to be in to MMA. I'm sure some are, but it's not the draw. They are simply "in style" now, and for probably
about six more months.

is their marketing face now. So they are moving on the the rock scene?
I do remember one guy wearing these every time he is out. He is also the guy that shows up at a friendly softball beerfest game in full on baseball uniform. I guess he just wanted to let everyone know he played college ball at some middle of road NAIA school. |

there may be a connection, but it's not why people 'round these parts wear them | #28

It's just ugly ass tshirts with a bunch of shit on them are popular, be it Affliction, Ed Hardy or Christian Audigier.

My Point | #31 | ||

That's the exact person that wears these shirts. Wool baseball cap with flat bill, tilted ever so slightly to the right, sporting their Affliction
t-shirts. I saw so many of those assclowns in New Orleans this past weekend. Sad part is most are grown men and not college kids.
