Ya'll were right about The Wire however. It's great.

I'm sorry, but Deadwood is damn boring. |

95% yapping - 5% something actually happening. I'm having a hard time hanging in and it's just episode 2.
Ya'll were right about The Wire however. It's great.

recruiting Dex, I told them they'd better sign him or he'd come back to bite them in the ass. He bit them in the ass last fall."

I'm taking Music Snob's advice and sticking with it. The first episode was okay, the second so far is a snoozer. I'm trusting that they are just
establishing the characters and they'll do more than cuss at each other as the story progresses.
I mean, if I just wanted to hear dirty drunk people cuss at each other, I'd go to the family reunion every year.

Best western series ever So its better than Bonanza? Which brings me to another topic for off-season: Top five westerns ever: 1. McCabe and Mrs. Miller; 2. The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly; 3. The Wild Bunch; 4. Pale Rider; and 5. The Outlaw Josey Wales.

Actually, the yapping is my favorite part... | #7 | ||

You will learn to love the way they talk. Its the best part of the show. The dialogue eventually becomes a kind of ultra-vulgar western iambic pentameter. I
loved listening to the conversations, especially from Al.

McCabe and Mrs. Miller? Really? I'll have to give it another dry. I only watched the first 15 minutes or so before I got bored. Robert Altman annoys me at
times.
