First off, I can't imagine what he Wanted with his step granddaughter. Sure, in the old days older men often took younger step children and
grandchildren as lovers. And I'm sure this was even more prevalent in Mississippi. But That Was Then...This Is Now. You can't just go make a
little girl your Feast of Love. Though some consider it one of the High Crimes, the fact that they're not blood related makes him only
Guilty By Association. However, he will likely try to keep this quiet, so it appears that he just bought himself a Million Dollar (grand)
Baby. She'll take the cash and then be Gone Baby Gone.
The bigger question is will this have a Deep Impact on his future in movies? Although it's a Long Road Home from here, I'm sure he will be fine. Despite being Under Suspicion, he will once again be Unleashed, free to Kiss the Girls. While he may remain Unforgiven with some, in 6 months he'll be out dropping his Hard Rain on girls' faces like it was only cure to an acne Outbreak. While it may sound like it could result in a Chain Reaction, his career will take a dip and then you'll see a Big Bounce. He's going to be back to Driving Miss Daisy in no time. Assuming Daisy is under the age of consent. If nothing else, he's Street Smart. What can't be over looked is the victim here, the step granddaughter. She's got to go through with An Unfinished Life, knowing The Power of One man over one girl. There will be no Glory in her Fight for Life. Honestly, this is serious, and I apologize for my Levity.
