From my little slice of heaven it just seemed like a thunderstorm and I couldn't see an actual tornado. However, once the storm had passed and the sirens
came on, you could see lightning and a low, thick cloud formation northeast of Oxford.
So in conclusion, I don't really have any idea. |

I've got a scanner. The guy said the clouds looked strange, so he called in to have the sirens turned on. No tornado, just a gut feeling from the guy. I
heard there was a touchdown or a confirmed sighting off of 7South. I don't remember... is there a place called Shelby Place or something down that way?
One definitely touched down in West Union - no injuries there.

It's a subdivision about a mile past the Hwy 7/9 split. I live in Shelbi's Place. I wasn't home last night, but I don't think anything
happened out this way.
