-Close Proximity/Walkability to the lake, beaches and the Lakeshore Trail or other awesome mixed use trails/parks (sadly we run together on vacation - great way to see the city)
-Bikeability to all the downtown Chicago stuff, but not necessarily in the middle of the high-rises (bikeshare worth a damn?)
-Close proximity to pretentious foodie (I hate this term, but it is descriptive) type restaurants, bars and breweries
Also seeking advise on what else to do: Big Frank Lloyd Wright fan - is the Oak Park tour worthwhile? - River Architecture Tour? Walking tour? Best Museums or Parks?
