I love the crap bowls. The entire BCS and bowl structure is fucked, but God bless a game of zero consequence on a Tuesday night in December. |

Miami v. Cal in the San Fran baseball park. Honorable mention to Hawaii-Notre Dame in the Hawaii Bowl on Christmas Eve just for the opportunity to see Weis in
a hawaiian shirt.
Worst has to be the EagleBank Bowl Wake-Navy rematch in RFK Stadium. Potentially the most depressing bowl telecast ever.

You have to think NC State will travel relatively well to B'ham. Not sure about Rutgers fans, but it should be a good TV draw if there are no other games.

He should've retired at least five years ago so they could hire a solid young coach to continue their winning ways.
Instead, they've become mediocre and made the mistake of naming Jimbo Fisher as next head coach. Bobby needs to leave. Edited to add: I'd gladly accept the title of Cheater U at Ole Miss if it meant winning national championships and having Heisman trophy winners.

One of my VPs told me this morning he's going to the game with his son. He just moved up to Nashville, family is still in Tampa.
If I was in Tampa I could think of a lot else to do than USF/Memphis. But tickets are only 30 bucks. |
