I know we aren't the favorite, but he is visiting, and who knows what will happen. If Brown were to sign with Ole Miss (I don't think he will), then
that will be rehashed over and over again. It's just not smart.
(Yes Goat Holder I am aware Yancy has said similar things about State, I just think it's stupid for them to say crap like this).

If I'm a recruiting analyst, I would never say something like this |

With all due respect, there is a better chance of an army of dill pickles marching on the capital in Lebanese military regalia than there is of Marlon Brown
signing with Ole Miss.

The steel mill provides good training for evaluation of recruits.
I doubt we sign the guy either....but my question is, has gourd head ever interviewed him? If not, how does he know? If he has, has he talked to him in the last few days? |

I would never say or write something like that.
I do like dill pickles, though. I'm indifferent to the Lebanese military.

If I was being paid by people who think comments like this are awesome.
If you had a 1000 people willing to pay 100 bucks a year to follow MSU sports, and there was a possibility that making a comment like that will ensure that even 10% if these 1000 people sign up to pay 100 bucks for another year to follow MSU sports, I would make a comment like this once a week. |

and there is an old story passed down from generation to generation about the time dill pickles marched on Beirut to quell an uprising of the Radish Liberation
Front. Take it for what it's worth.

as for the necks to the southeast, you have to forgive them. the last memory they have of football is 12 sacks, 0 points, and around 37 total yards in
offense. they have to come up with something to discuss, so why not talk about the recruits om won't get.

Steve does act like a d-bag sometimes.
"You believe a 4-seed Fresno State was as talented through and through as Georgia (top SS, top closer, and several other
draftees)?" - WillemWallace, 7-10-08, just weeks after Fresno State outscored Georgia 31-18 in the College World Series Finals to win the National
Championship.
