state had a good home visit with pat and he is considering a visit, oh and pat watched the game with friends. i wonder if nix is considered a friend?
all this pat patterson in home crap sounds like a bad episode of kids in the hall. |

is that UM outright dominated a lot of teams. they were always in games, whooped a lot of teams BUT never got outright whipped by anybody. UM was in every
single game this year W or L.

say something so stupid it can't pass. we will be at least as good next yr because unlike msu last yr our wins weren't dumb luck. we kicked the crap
out of msu, lsu, et al and beat fla straight up. we told you last yr it was a fluke and you wouldn't beleive it. well we're telling you this time ours
isn't a fluke....beleive it.

you don't see the difference? The difference is we're being talked about as a top 10-12 team next year while
everyone who wasn't up Croom's ass was laughing at your MSU fan's enthusiasm after last year.
We may not do shit next year...but we will have to play worse. MSU matched and even exceeded last years play in a game or two this year...but chance wasn't the dominant factor in 4 of your games this time. OM was 6 plays or less away from 11-1, 12-0 MSU was 6 plays away from 4-8. |

In any event, I tend to agree with you on the Yancy vs. Rosebowl deal.
I knew when I ran into Greg Byrne in the club level and he was carrying chairs from one side to the other that this guy would be good.

Losing all our players to gunwielding was. That's reality, and it was too much for a coach of Croom's caliber to overcome.
Could be a good or bad thing. Our season would have been better, but we would still have Croom. Who knows.

1 game may have been the difference in the win column but the game would not have been close. The game this year was 45-0 and State had 36 TOTAL yards.
That's the exact same offense you had in 07. Same QB's, RB's, WR's, same miserable result.

we made those plays, while State was handed wrapped presents.
we got better every game and State played teams that got worse...while chugging along at about the same level. I have nothing else to say about it except this We all laughed at State Fans lofty goals this year...let's see how our expectations turn out. |

And we would have likely met our expectations had we not had a knucklehead incident and injuries. I seem to remember UM having pretty good luck with injuries this year. And in the beginning of the season when you did have some bad luck, well, we see how that turned out. Either way, it is what it is.
