I consider myself progressive as fuck, but it really pisses me off to have to struggle to understand the person on the other end when I am calling for help on
some technology companies non-working product. It sucks, and must end.

If you ever need any help from them its best just to let any frustration you have out before you make the call. And then pick up the phone to call them and
watch your blood pressure rise. A lot of der ka der ka you have to put up with.
