I'll be a Junior in the fall, and just moved out of a house that I've been renting for a year. My dad and I are looking for a house/condo as a place
for me to live and him to stay when he comes down for games, as well as an investment. Really, it all depends on what they want. Most condo neighborhoods in
Oxford going in the 130's were built around 2003, so they will be getting in on the end of the development/short-side so they won't appreciate as much
as the new neighborhoods going up (which are going for 150's-170's). If they are looking for a 3BR/3BA, I would suggest the Soleil (that's were we
have been looking), Autumn Ridge, or Aspen Ridge. If they are looking for a 2BR/2BA they should go with Magnolia Grove, which is a new development going up now
running in the 130's. They would be able to do a $1000 mortgage on all of those dependent upon what type of down payment they put to avoid mortgage premium
intrest.
