he's going to have to change from the offense he's used to.....
Because MSU won't have a qb that can run it. But he may 'force' this offense on their personnel anyway. (good luck with that) Clear eyes could see this one coming from a mile away. |

I'm pretty sure Leak was the BCS Championship MVP and also 1st or 2nd Team All-SEC.. he was pretty good. Russell would have a long way to go to be
considered as good as Leak I think he was just saying that Russells projects as the same "type" of QB, good strong arm, less mobile. Leak was slow.
I don't disagree that MSU's talent level is probably less than Florida's 3rd team and that Mullen will have to run some different versions of "his" offense to fit the skill level. If you look at Meyer/Mullen back since the Bowling Green days they have changed the style of offense quite a few times. |

is better than a lot of teams though. I'm not only skeptical of Mullen's ability to run a version of UF's offense at State, I'm skeptical of
Urban's ability to run UF's offense without Tebow. I'm not suggesting that UF will struggle any time in the near future, but Tebow is a once in a
generation guy. Russell could eventually be all SEC at State, but I think it would be unwise, possibly even dangerous, to throw him in the fire this early
behind that shaky O line.

I wasn't attempting to imply I know the motivation behind your new coaches statement about "offense to fit personnel". I was just passing on a first hand statement from a client who happens to be as big of a dubmass as you with one exception: he is worth a fucking fortune. As far as Nat'l Championships go, I haven't encountered any Ole Miss brethren who think such is in the near future. Now as for the animals part, you would have to ask your disemboweled football squad about that. Run and play now. |

...I made a few sarcastic comments (much less than most other posters), but that had nothing to do with Grad getting banned. Cowbell9 and $20.00 and HD6 had everything to do with it. |
