There wasn't a single mother fucker there that could figure out how to help me burn my update to a blank DVD for backwards compatibility. Why couldn't I do it? Because they don't have instructions for Vista, just XP. The help page hasn't been edited in two years. But they are going to send me a free update disc for putting up with their ineptitude, which is apparently supposed to be like 20 bucks when you factor in S&H. /rant.
